We are a young company focused in providing consultancy and training services within Supply Chain Operations (Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution and Customer Service) focused into e-commerce companies.I am a senior executive with a very wide experience in Supply Chain, B2B and B2C Logistics and e-business together with Change Management processes, Team management and empowerment and 3PL´s leadership in a very high competitive, innovating and demanding environment.I have successfully managed the whole Supply Chain in different companies and sectors with a holistic approach, integrating demand forecasting, stocks policy definition and execution, supply, warehousing management through a lean approach, transportation and distribution together with Call Centers and Customers claims management with a focus on improving customer experience, processes and costs. People Leadership: Turning people working alone in three different countries into a single team working together with standard procedures, know-how exchange and a common set of objectives and KPI´s (operations and costs).
Operations Improvement:Reduction of delivery leadtimes through suppliers follow up and performance improvement of operations in FC´s.
Third parties management: Tender to identify new Fulfillment and transportation partners in several European countries, negotiation of contracts, tariffs and SLA´s together with leading the integration process of these new partners achieving high savings and improving service to customers.
Change Management:Leading the successful Integration of BuyVIP Operations (Supply, Fulfillment centers, Carriers and Customer Service) into Amazon technology, procedures, reporting and follow up tools. This was a huge Change Management project involving people in different countries (USA, India, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany and Spain) with several skills (Information technologies, developers, EDI experts, finance, business experts and 3rd parties).

Another breakthrough was the implementation of Sales, Inventories and Operations Planning, SI&OP within GYDU Iberia. This process increased communication and synchronization among Sales, Marketing and Logistics departments towards an enhanced business processes execution.

2003 – 2007 (4 años)I am specially proud of having restructured both warehouse layout (defining and building new mezzanine with picking shelves and conveyor lines to increase storage capacity and picking efficiency) and operations procedures in the shopfloor (seasonal stocks definition and positioning). These improvements allowed to increase picking efficiency ad reduce errors. On top of that, I redefined the transportation and distribution network achieving savings and service improvement.
1998 – 2003 (5 años)May main achievement in SM was the restructuring of the warehousing network. When I joined the Company, we had 17 regional warehouses. I had to plan and execute the shutdown of 14 regional warehouses concentrating flows through Madrid Central warehouse without affecting service to customers. The challenge was to organize the logistics flow and service through a single central warehouse together with the implementation of a new ERP and WMS, SAP without impact on daily activity and service to customers.
1988 – 1998 (10 años)During my work at P&GE, I got an end-to-end view of the whole supply chain, from the engineering phase, through the supply, warehousing till delivery to customers. On top of that, I learnt how to manage international projects working with several organizations at the same time in a multicultural environment.
